Cactus Hose by artist Brian Jewett.  These cactus are made of cable ties, valve handles, and garden hoses.  

I’m drawn to work where the technique is clean and visible. Even when I spend months working out a design I am happy with, I want the results to be simple and obvious. When someone sees my work for the first time I hope their reaction will be one of surprise and an instant understanding of the materials and process, something along the lines of: “Wow, of course, why didn’t  I think of that?”
