Plastic Bag Prom Dress by Casey Hansel, who is only 18 years old and a freshman at Lehigh University. She has made dresses, shoes and purses out of caution tape, newspaper and garbage bags, pull tabs, balloons and more. This dress is made from purple trash bags wrapped around aluminum pull tabs.
