Peepshi – Peeps, fruit roll-ups, and rice crispy treats.
I actually attempted to make Peepshi sushi last Easter unsuccessfully. After I saw these images I thought it would be fun and effortless. Unfortunately It’s not as easy as it looks. The ones I made turned out looking like little rainbow sherbet balls, and didn’t have any resemblance to the ones in these images. Trust me not as easy at it looks. Try it out!
So the people at Seriouseats, I give you major props in successfully making Peepshi sushi.

Desk made out of books is in the architecture library at Delft University of Technology.
After a devastating fire in the architecture building, the library managed to salvage some books that were unburnt. Instead of throwing the books out, they stacked the books up and created an administrative desk. The library reopened less than a year after the fire more cheerful and full of books.
